Activating Inactive Municipal Properties; An Approach for Revenue Generation Without Increasing Citizens' Fees

The head of the Budget and Sustainable Revenues Commission of the Islamic Council of Yazd emphasized the necessity of economically utilizing the capacities of municipal properties. He stated that after the establishment of the comprehensive information bank system for municipal properties, the groundwork should be laid for identifying and activating inactive assets so that these properties can be transformed from cost-generating resources into revenue and developmental capacities for the city.
