44 Players Called Up to Iran National Football Team

44 players have been called up to the Iran national football team - May 1, 2003. The invited players must introduce themselves to the relevant coaches at the national teams' camp by 5 PM on Thursday (April 30). Among the names announced by the Iranian Football Federation last Tuesday, there are three new players and six expatriate players. Ali Daei, Rahman Rezayi, Mehdi Mahdavikia, Ali Karimi, Farhad Majidi, and Vahid Hashemian are listed as expatriate players, while Ali Akbar Mahdipour (Foolad Khuzestan), Hamid Azizizadeh, and Reza Azizi (Zob Ahan) are considered the new players invited to this camp.
