This agreement, which the President of the United States has described as 'historic' and the Secretary-General of the United Nations says provides an opportunity for all countries to solve serious global problems, has also been welcomed by a group of citizens in Iran. On the night of Thursday, April 2, the streets of the capital were scenes of joy and celebration among a group of people. Some citizens also gathered in front of the Foreign Ministry building and sang the anthem 'Ey Iran.'
