Amir Aliakbari's Victory Against the 'Polish Bear'

Aliakbari and Vakhaev also exchanged taunts during the weigh-in ceremony. The climax of the event occurred at the end of Aliakbari's fight with his Polish rival, where Vakhaev entered the cage with his championship belt. The taunting continued, but the competition officials and the coaching staff of both athletes prevented any altercation. Historically, all heavyweight champions and belt holders in the Russian ACB organization have been Russian, and if Aliakbari wins, he will be the first non-Russian athlete to achieve this title.
