As expected, there are no literary critics on this website, nor is the narrative value of the works assessed, allowing anyone to freely write and share whatever they wish using its application on their mobile phones. Additionally, this website allows its users to write fan fiction without facing copyright issues. This means that, for example, fans of the character Harry Potter, the beloved hero of J.K. Rowling, can become writers, create stories featuring Harry Potter, and share them. Although some writers and rights holders are not particularly pleased with the troubles fans bring to their characters, in many cases, they have overlooked it because 'fan fiction' has not been a source of income but merely a hobby for enthusiasts of the works. Besides Anna Todd's book, another example of monetizing fan fiction can be mentioned: the erotic novel 'Fifty Shades of Grey' was actually a continuation inspired by the characters from the popular film and book series 'Twilight,' which not only made it to the book market but also broke sales speed records previously held by the Harry Potter series, prompting major film companies to compete for the film adaptation rights. It is expected that Anna Todd's book will attract more young women and girls than anything else.
