Tehran's Urban Services Mobilize to Combat Potential Flooding / Readiness of Northern and Western Mountainous Areas

With the onset of autumn and winter rains in Tehran and the forecast of continued precipitation, the mountainous areas in the north and west of the capital have been placed on full alert through the mobilization of urban service forces, preparation of machinery and equipment, and implementation of preventive measures. These actions aim to manage surface runoff, prevent street flooding, and control potential hazards in the riverbeds and valleys in areas 5, 2, and 1 of Tehran.
