At least three citizens killed by fire from Islamic Republic military forces; one child injured

The indiscriminate firing by the military and police forces of the Islamic Republic in the provinces of Sistan and Baluchestan and Yazd resulted in the death of several citizens and the injury of a child. Human rights sources reported on Sunday, September 2, that as a result of the indiscriminate firing by the military forces of the Islamic Republic, one citizen was killed and 'a child who was walking on the street was injured by a bullet to the leg' and was transferred to the Kahnuj hospital. The police chief of this province claimed that these two individuals were 'drug traffickers.'
