News sources have reported a new ban by Beheshti University on the enrollment of students with disciplinary convictions in non-exam master's programs. According to ISNA news agency, students with 'any disciplinary conviction' of 'any degree and title' are barred from entering higher education through the 'brilliant talent quota.' Accordingly, it has been announced that the university is entitled to act against the student according to regulations 'at any stage of registration, admission, study, and even graduation' if it becomes aware of such convictions.
