Bukan Criminal Court Summons Matin Hasani, Eye-Injured Protester

The Bukan Criminal Court issued a summons for Matin Hasani, an eye-injured protester, just days after the Revolutionary Court of the city. The charges against this young man from Bukan include 'inciting or provoking people to war and killing each other with the intent to disrupt national security' and 'propaganda against the regime.' According to the summons issued by Branch 101 of the Bukan Criminal Court, located in West Azerbaijan Province, the date for his court appearance is set for May 17. Matin Hasani had also been summoned by Branch 1 of the Bukan Revolutionary Court on April 19 on charges of 'propaganda against the regime.'
