Meanwhile, Donald Trump, in response during an interview with Fox News, clarified that his reference was to the powerful lobby of gun rights supporters. On Tuesday, at a campaign rally in Wilmington, Trump stated that if Hillary Clinton, the Democratic candidate, wins the presidential election, she would have the chance to appoint a judge to the Supreme Court, which would ultimately give Democrats more judges on the Supreme Court and thus endanger this principle. Trump said: 'Hillary Clinton wants to abolish the Second Amendment. If she becomes president, she will choose the next Supreme Court judge, and you attendees can do nothing; I don't know, maybe Second Amendment supporters will do something, and I can tell you it will be a very bad day.' Trump's remarks sparked widespread reactions from Democrats. Meanwhile, a source told CNN that after Trump's remarks, members of the Secret Service spoke with him.
