Confirmation of the Death of Hassan Nasrallah's Son-in-Law, Involved in Arms Transfers from Iran to Lebanon and Syria

Sabereen News, a media outlet close to the Quds Force, confirmed the death of Mohammad Jafar Qasir, Hassan Nasrallah's son-in-law, in an Israeli attack on two buildings in the southern suburbs of Beirut on Tuesday evening. Israeli sources had previously reported that Mohammad Jafar Qasir was involved in the transfer of weapons from the Islamic Republic to Lebanon and Syria. The United States had also set a $10 million reward for any information leading to him. Hassan Jafar Qasir, Mohammad's brother, was also killed in the same Israeli attack. He was one of the most loyal commanders of the Islamic Republic's proxy forces to Ali Khamenei and had avoided public appearances for years out of fear of assassination but ultimately became a target of Israeli bombers, with his body being retrieved from the ruins of Hezbollah's main headquarters in Beirut. There is increasing distrust between Tehran and Hezbollah; one member of the IRGC was detained due to curiosity about Nasrallah's whereabouts.
