Continued Harassment of Families Seeking Justice; Mother and Brother of Mohammad Mehdi Karami Forced to Leave Their Home

On Friday, November 3, the Committee for the Follow-up of the Status of Detainees announced that over seventy days have passed since the arrest of Mashallah Karami, the father of Mohammad Mehdi Karami. Following multiple raids by agents at their home, Mashallah Karami's wife and other son were forced to leave their house and have gone to an unknown location. According to the report, Mashallah Karami has had no contact with his family since September 24, 2023, and there is absolutely no information regarding his condition or his case.
