Thus, the film 'Phantom Thread,' directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, which has finished filming and is set to be released in December, will be his final film. His representative stated on Tuesday, 'Daniel Day-Lewis will no longer be active as an actor. He thanks all his colleagues and audiences for their support over the years. This is a personal decision.
