Decision to Launch the Official Website of the Iranian Football Federation

Despite past efforts and the necessity of having an official website to reflect essential football-related information, plans have been made to launch the official website of the Iranian Football Federation. The Public Relations Manager of the Football Federation stated in an interview with ISNA that various proposals were examined to establish the most suitable system in terms of technical and financial aspects, and ultimately, it was decided to create and launch it at a reasonable cost. Ali Javadi pointed out that the website will include national and international information, an archive of football players in the country, and details about teams participating in various club competitions. It is expected that most announcements, except for official notices and invitations sent directly via fax, will be reflected through this network as the official source of the Football Federation, which will expedite the information dissemination process. Javadi rejected claims that advertising revenues from the website would be allocated to the design company for several years, stating that these revenues are considered one of the sources of funding needed for the Football Federation. Therefore, taking into account the costs of designing and launching the website, these revenues will be directly available to the Football Federation. The Public Relations Manager concluded that this network would be an essential communication resource with the AFC, designed in both Persian and English.
