Concurrently with the announcement of the Republican candidate's economic plan, his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, traveled to Greensboro, North Carolina, after speaking to a group of Latino Americans in New York. However, Americans are focused on the first televised debate between the two presidential candidates, which will take place in 10 days. According to NBC News, Powell also criticized Hillary Clinton, who had implicated him in the matter of the 30,000 emails submitted to the government. The Associated Press reported that candidates, alongside personal issues, must clarify their positions on 36 very important topics, including relations with Iran and Syrian war refugees.
