The news of his 'detention' and subsequent 'return' to his home came as military and security forces were heavily present around Mahsa Amini's family home in Saqqez. In this context, reports and images indicate that security forces, despite completely blocking the main road leading to the 'Aichi Cemetery,' where Mahsa (Jina) Amini is buried, are attempting to block the secondary road leading to this cemetery by opening one of the gates of the 'Chiragh Vis' dam on the Saqqez River. In recent days, Mahsa Amini's family has stated that 'security agencies' have requested them to refrain from holding the anniversary ceremony for Mahsa Amini's death.
