Ehsan Faridi, University of Tabriz Student, Arrested Again

Ehsan Faridi, a student at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tabriz, has been arrested again after being summoned to the Islamic Revolutionary Court of this city. According to the human rights organization 'Hengaw', this 21-year-old student was arrested on Tuesday, June 18, by the order of the investigator of Branch 15 of the court. No information has been released regarding the charges against this student. Ehsan Faridi, who is studying Production and Manufacturing Engineering, was previously arrested on March 9, 2023, and was temporarily released on bail after one month in prison. It is still unclear whether his recent arrest is related to his previous case or if a new case has been opened against him.
