FBI Releases Details of Hillary Clinton's Email Case

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) released details on Friday regarding Hillary Clinton's case concerning her use of a personal email server. According to CNN, the FBI has published a summary of interviews conducted with Clinton along with the results of their investigations. The report states that Clinton claimed she could not recall key elements of training or classification 39 times during her questioning. Clinton, who served as Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013, used a personal server and email, which was against the regulations of the country. This issue has become a central point of attack for the Republican candidate against Clinton. According to AFP, the 58-page document, of which about 14 pages are redacted, shows that the FBI found no evidence of foreign interference in Clinton's email system. The report emphasizes that no hostile countries were able to access the personal emails of individuals who regularly communicated with Clinton, nor did they gain access to her personal server. In June, the FBI stated that Clinton's use of a personal server for her emails was 'extremely careless' but did not recommend criminal charges. Subsequently, Attorney General Loretta Lynch accepted the FBI's recommendation, and no charges were filed against Clinton. Clinton has previously acknowledged that using a personal email server was a 'mistake.' However, Donald Trump's campaign has asserted that the newly released details demonstrate Clinton's dishonesty and incompetence. The FBI also published an 11-page summary of the interview with Clinton, where she reportedly could not recall the meaning of the letter 'C' at the beginning of a paragraph, believing it was in alphabetical order. When asked about terms like 'confidential,' 'secret,' and 'top secret,' she stated that she did not pay attention to the classification levels and considered all confidential information serious.
