The source presents a factual account of the JCPOA implementation without apparent bias.

Today, we have reached the implementation day of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). Since the day of approval, we have diligently worked and demonstrated our collective commitment and will to finally facilitate the implementation of the JCPOA. Today, six months after the finalization of that historic agreement, the International Atomic Energy Agency confirmed that Iran has fulfilled its relevant nuclear commitments under the JCPOA. As Iran has fulfilled its commitments, today the national and multilateral financial and economic sanctions related to Iran's nuclear program in accordance with the JCPOA have been lifted. The European Union, the 1+5 countries, consisting of the People's Republic of China, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, and Iran will also cooperate in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy within the framework of the JCPOA. The United Nations sanctions related to Iran's nuclear program have been lifted. Security Council Resolution 2231 (2015), which endorsed the JCPOA, will henceforth be the only legal framework for Iran's nuclear activities alongside the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), and all provisions of Resolutions 1696 (2006), 1737 (2007), 1747 (2007), 1803 (2008), 1835 (2008), 1929 (2010), and 2224 (2015) will cease to exist. The European Union has confirmed that the necessary legal frameworks for lifting the EU's financial and economic sanctions regarding Iran's nuclear program have been implemented. The United States will today cease the imposition of the approved sanctions related to Iran's nuclear program, which also includes the repeal of relevant executive orders and the issuance of licenses for certain activities as specified in the JCPOA. The European Union and the United States issued the relevant regulations regarding the details of the sanctions being lifted, thereby facilitating international participation in Iran's economic advancement. As stipulated, we will continue to monitor and supervise the full and effective implementation of the JCPOA through the Joint Commission, composed of the 1+5 and Iran, coordinated by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, exactly as agreed on July 14, 2015. The International Atomic Energy Agency, for its part, is responsible for monitoring and verifying the implementation of the JCPOA and Iran's commitments as a member of the Non-Proliferation Treaty and the Safeguards Agreement and the provisional implementation of the Additional Protocol. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Government of Austria for hosting, and all the countries that supported the negotiation process and assisted in the implementation of some commitments under the JCPOA. We also thank all individuals who have led the negotiations on behalf of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the 1+5 since 2003. All parties firmly believe that this historic agreement is solid and fair, meets everyone's demands, and its proper implementation will be a key step in helping to improve regional and international peace, stability, and security. This achievement clearly demonstrates that with political will, perseverance, and through multilateral diplomacy, we can resolve the most difficult issues and find realistic solutions that can be effectively implemented. This is a decisive and hopeful message that the international community should keep in mind in our efforts to build a safer world.
