عربي 10thumb_up0thumb_down“Israeli” aggression on Gaza enters 143rd day Published : 2024-02-26 10:24|Palestine As the “Israeli” aggression against Gaza enters its 143rd day, talks of a possible agreement of ceasefire and the entry of humanitarian aid are still underway , while hunger continues to plague the residents in northern Gaza.
A senior source in the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, stated that the “atmosphere of optimism about reaching an agreement on a prisoner exchange deal does not reflect reality.”
The source added in statements on Sunday that Hamas has “positively engaged” with mediators to end the suffering of the Palestinian people and halt the genocidal war, stressing that the killing of Palestinians by starvation in the north constitutes a genocide threatening the negotiation process as a whole.
The aggression has resulted in the martyrdom of 29,692 Palestinians and the injury of 69,879 others since Oct. 7, 2023. according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.

The death toll of the IOF has risen to 580 since October 7th and 240 since the start of the ground invasion on October 27th.
Meanwhile, 2,966 “Israeli” soldiers have been injured since the start of the aggression against Gaza, with 456 of them in critical condition, 787 in moderate condition, and 1,723 with minor injuries.
