Israeli Army Claims to Have Killed Another Hamas Operative Involved in Weapon Manufacturing

According to the Israeli army, a prominent Hamas operative involved in weapon manufacturing for the group supported by the Islamic Republic was killed yesterday in a drone strike in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army stated that Mohammad Salah participated 'in a project for the development of strategic weapons' for Hamas and also commanded several other squads involved in weapon development. In this context, Reuters reported, citing the Gaza Health Ministry controlled by Hamas, that in an Israeli airstrike on a medical clinic in Gaza City, the director of the Gaza ambulance and emergency services was killed, while the Israeli army claimed that the attack resulted in the death of a senior Hamas commander. The Hamas Health Ministry claimed that the death of 'Hani Al-Jaafrawi' raised the number of medical personnel killed by Israel since October 7 to 500. According to the same report, at least 300 others have been detained so far. The army stated that many attacks were carried out throughout Gaza over the past day, including on tunnel openings and armed groups' hubs. These attacks occur as Israeli military forces continue their operations in southern Gaza in Rafah and in the Netzarim corridor in the center of the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army reported that in Rafah, forces advanced in the Tal Sultan neighborhood and found weapons and rocket launchers used in previous attacks.
