Israeli Army Targets Hezbollah Forces in Lebanon for the Third Time on Saturday

According to 'The Times of Israel', the Israeli army targeted Hezbollah forces in the headquarters of this terrorist group in southern Lebanon for the third time on Saturday, April 20. The Israeli army stated that its forces observed several Hezbollah operatives at one of the group's sites in the Jabain area of the Tyre district and then targeted the building they were using with fighter jets. Hezbollah announced the names of two of its members killed in this attack. According to the group, with the death of these two individuals, the total number of its casualties in Israeli attacks has reached 284. Hezbollah identified them as Ali Harb from the town of Mansouri and Hossein Daghaman from Kofar Tabnit. Hezbollah's statement was released after the Israeli army reported the death of three Hezbollah fighters in the attacks on Saturday. Israel has cited the number of casualties from this terrorist group since it began its attacks on Israel on October 8 of last year as 285. In the attack on Tuesday, April 17, the Israeli army also killed three Hezbollah fighters, including two of their commanders, in southern Lebanon. According to the Israeli army, one of them was the 'commander of the missile unit of the western region of the Ridwaan forces' who directed missile launches towards Israeli territory from central and western Lebanon. The second was also 'from the missile unit of Hezbollah'. In the Israeli attacks on Tuesday, 'military structures of Hezbollah and terrorist operatives' in the areas of Ain Baal, Al-Alam Al-Chaib, Haneen, and Yaroun in southern Lebanon were bombed. Hezbollah first attacked a disputed border area in northern Israel on October 8 of last year, one day after Hamas's attack on Israel, calling this attack an act of 'solidarity' with Hamas. The Houthi rebel group in Yemen also began attacking ships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden under the pretext of supporting the people of Gaza and Hamas forces with the onset of the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza. Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen, and groups known as Islamic Resistance in Iraq and Syria are among the proxy groups of the Islamic Republic in the region that, with Tehran's support, have carried out attacks on the interests of Israel, the United States, and their allies in the Middle East in recent months.
