Israel's Efforts to Enhance Military Capability; Several Key Arms Contracts with the United States Nearing Finalization

According to the Times of Israel, these contracts include the purchase of new fighter jets, attack helicopters, and the continuation of ammunition supply, which are nearing finalization following the recent visit of Eyal Zamir, a senior Israeli Defense Ministry official, to the U.S. and his meetings with senior officials from the U.S. Department of Defense and the State Department, as well as some executives from major U.S. arms companies.
