Kurdistan Human Rights Network: No information available on 4 detained citizens in Boukan and Marivan

On Thursday, June 1, the Kurdistan Human Rights Network reported that there is no information regarding the fate of four detained Kurdish citizens in the cities of Boukan and Marivan. These four individuals, named Heyman Atash Tar, Shoaib Fallahi, Mahdi Valizadeh, and Masoud Ahmadi, were arrested two weeks ago by the security forces of the Islamic Republic. According to the report, no information has been obtained so far about the charges against these four or their place of detention. The human rights organization Hengaw also announced on Thursday that there is still no information about the fate of Maryam Mahmoudabadi, an activist from Sirjan, who was arrested on May 14 by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' intelligence forces. According to the report, this 25-year-old female activist, who was arrested following an attack by the IRGC intelligence forces on her family home, has been held in solitary confinement at the IRGC's Tharallah detention center in Kerman for two weeks since her arrest. An informed source stated that Maryam Mahmoudabadi's family, who have had no contact with her since her arrest, have been threatened by security agencies that if they publicize the news of their child's arrest, her release will be prevented. She had also been detained for a period during the 'Women, Life, Freedom' movement.
