Manager of Azadi Sports Complex: We Have No Issues with Family Attendance

According to ISNA, the manager of Azadi Sports Complex explained regarding the renovation of the stands of this stadium: The renovation was carried out with the selection of domestic contractors and through eight stages. Currently, we are in the final stages of work with the installation and numbering of seats, and we hope this part will be ready by the match between Esteghlal and Persepolis. Bahman Vaziri mentioned the construction of a tartan track next to the grass field, stating that this track is also in the final stages with a new and standard construction method. He noted that with the equipping of all sanitary, welfare, and service areas, we are fully prepared to host spectators. He added that in the 460-hectare Azadi complex, we have not only limited ourselves to the main stadium, but the entire complex is under renovation, and we are making infrastructural improvements in various areas. Examples of these actions include fencing and creating a health road around the Azadi Sports Complex. The manager of Azadi Sports Complex emphasized that if in the past this sports complex was only for national athletes, now with the issuance of special cards, we can also welcome other sports enthusiasts. In response to the question about what plans are in place for designating family seating in Azadi Stadium, he stated that whenever the relevant authorities issue a permit for families to attend Azadi Stadium in Tehran, we will separate a number of seats without any issues and make them available to them. In this regard, we have created entry points, ticket sales, and seating areas in the same color for not only families but also other spectators, journalists, etc., to minimize any difficulties for attendees. Members of the Iranian Football Writers Committee, along with Bahman Vaziri, visited the current situation and requested that suitable conditions be created for the entry and exit and work of journalists at the stadium.
