According to this media outlet, official statistics show that from the beginning of Raisi's government until the end of Bahman 1402, the inflation rate for nuts in various products has not been below 100%. The report indicates that pistachios have increased by 183%, almond kernels by 113%, walnut kernels by 100%, and raisins by 247%. This economic website also reported that an examination of dairy prices during the 2.5 years of Ebrahim Raisi's government shows that various products have experienced inflation rates between 150% and 265%. Among dairy products, pasteurized milk has the highest inflation at 265%, while cream has the lowest inflation rate at 150%. The reported inflation for butter and cheese is 175%, for yogurt and buttermilk 153%, and for powdered milk 223%. Reports indicate that a significant portion of these price increases occurred this year. Meanwhile, at the beginning of this year, Ali Khamenei called for controlling price increases by naming the year 'Controlling Inflation, Boosting Production.'
