According to Mr. Nili, 'one of the main arteries of Narges Mohammadi's heart,' which was 'stented in 2021 after a stroke in Qarchak prison, was re-angiographed due to problems that arose in the main wall, and according to the doctor's recommendation, it is necessary to be examined again three months later.' He also stated that 'an MRI of Narges Mohammadi's neck and back' shows the progression of arthritis and disc diseases; however, 'since last year, the doctor has ordered 10 sessions of physiotherapy and chiropractic, which have not yet been approved for her transfer,' and 'the doctor has warned that the delay in this matter will lead to irreparable consequences.' Narges Mohammadi's lawyer also mentioned that a gastroenterologist has prescribed new medications for her, and 'Tietze syndrome was diagnosed in her chest area'; additionally, an ultrasound 'of the right breast masses' showed no change. Mostafa Nili also stated: 'After performing a bone scan, a bone lesion was observed in the right leg, and after an MRI, it was diagnosed that 'this lesion is suspected of cancer, and to investigate and determine whether it is malignant or not, a surgical biopsy is needed, which must be performed as soon as possible.' The lawyer emphasized the necessity of 'continuous visits for following up on medical matters and being away from the stressful environment that doctors have strongly emphasized' for this political prisoner, stating that they will pursue her 'frequent transfer' and 'leave and suspension of the execution of the sentence from the prosecutor's office.'
