New Explosion Near Israeli Embassy in Denmark; Swedish Intelligence Agency Mentions 'Possible Role' of Iranian Government

According to the Danish police, a new explosion occurred near the Israeli embassy in Denmark on the anniversary of Hamas's terrorist attack on Israel on October 7. The explosion took place about 500 meters from the Israeli embassy in Copenhagen, five days after two explosions near the embassy that led to the arrest of two Swedish citizens. Trineen Muller, a Copenhagen police inspector, told reporters, 'We are of course investigating whether there may be a connection to the previous incident at the Israeli embassy.' He noted that 'there is no evidence to suggest this' and added that the reported explosion may have been caused by gunfire. The Swedish intelligence agency SAPO stated that the Iranian government may have been involved in the October 2 explosions in Denmark and also in the shooting the day before near the Israeli embassy in Stockholm. Emergency plans have been initiated by several countries to evacuate their citizens from Lebanon, and there is a possibility of the Islamic Republic's involvement in recent attacks on Israeli embassies in Denmark and Sweden. Additionally, the activities of the Forstenwald Islamic Center were banned two days after the expulsion of Khamenei's representative from Germany.
