According to two informed sources who confirmed this matter, Biden's proposed reform plan will likely support 'term limits for Supreme Court justices' and the establishment and enforcement of 'applicable ethical laws'. Earlier this week, the President stated in a speech at the White House that he would seek to reform the Supreme Court. Following the Supreme Court's ruling in July that presidents enjoy broad judicial immunity, it is expected that Biden will also pursue a constitutional amendment to limit the immunity of presidents and some other officials.
