Reuters reported, citing two informed sources, that 'Karim Khan', the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, is the first individual to be subjected to economic sanctions and travel restrictions imposed by the President of the United States. According to these sources, Khan's name, a British national, was included on Friday, February 8, in an annex to an executive order signed by Trump the day before.
