In an interview with CNN, he stated, 'Remember that Iranian proxy forces have continued to attack American forces in the region, while the Biden administration's response has been slow and ultimately reactive to these attacks.' This senior Republican member of the House also referred to the 'relocation of U.S. military assets in the Middle East' in recent months to prevent the Israel-Hamas war from escalating into a broader regional conflict involving the Islamic Republic. According to the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, 'The United States has transferred more military equipment to the region to deter the Islamic Republic from directly entering into conflict with Israel.' Khamenei's senior advisor threatened Israeli embassies, stating, 'You will have to wait and see how it unfolds.' The Chief of Staff of the Israeli Army stated, 'We are prepared to counter threats from the Islamic Republic.' American media reported that the Islamic Republic is preparing for 'revenge' against Israel for the attack on its consulate in Syria. The U.S. is on full alert to confront threats from the Islamic Republic. Hezbollah in Lebanon stated that a response from the Iranian government is on the way; Israel responded that it is prepared with layered defense.
