Sharifeh Mohammadi, Labor Activist, Transferred to Sanandaj Prison

According to news sources, after three weeks of uncertainty regarding the status of "Sharifeh Mohammadi," the imprisoned labor activist in Lakan Prison in Rasht, she announced today, Sunday, January 1, her transfer to Sanandaj Prison. Sharifeh Mohammadi was arrested on December 5 while on her way to work. Her husband stated on January 1 in an interview with the "Shargh Network," affiliated with Shargh newspaper, that since December 5, she has only been able to make contact twice. According to the information channel of the "Free Union of Iranian Workers," Sirous Fathi confirmed today’s contact from Sharifeh Mohammadi in Sanandaj Prison and expressed concern over the uncertain status of her case.
