Earlier, the spokesperson for the judiciary of the Islamic Republic claimed that the cases of Niloufar Hamedi and Elahe Mohammadi, which he said are now at the stage of 'issuing a verdict,' are not related to the profession of journalism or the reporting of Mahsa Amini's death. He did not explain why they were arrested after reporting on last year's protests and the death of Mahsa Amini.
