In a successful night for Iranian teams in the AFC Champions League, Esteghlal and Zob Ahan overcame their opponents. Esteghlal revived its hopes for advancement by defeating Al-Hilal Saudi Arabia in one of Asia's classic matches, which has held special significance over the past three decades.
