Three Palestinians Killed

Palestinian officials say Israeli soldiers killed three Palestinians today in two separate shooting incidents. According to Palestinian medical officials, one of the deceased is a 40-year-old woman who was shot dead along with her 2-year-old daughter while in their car near a Jewish settlement. The Israeli army claims its soldiers did not fire in that area. Earlier today, Palestinian security police reported that a Palestinian man was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers near the city of Khan Younis. The Israeli army also expressed ignorance about this incident. Estimates suggest that around 30,000 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip vowed to take revenge against Israel during the funeral of a local leader who was killed in a car explosion on Thursday night. Palestinians accuse Israel of killing this man and his bodyguard, both of whom were members of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade. The Israeli army has not commented on this matter, but Israeli forces have repeatedly tracked and killed Palestinians they believe are responsible for attacks against Israelis. Meanwhile, Israeli forces arrested about 20 Palestinians during a nighttime raid in the West Bank as part of their ongoing campaign against individuals accused of militancy. Palestinian security officials stated that a Palestinian man was shot dead by Israeli soldiers in the Gaza Strip; the victim was approximately 40 years old and was targeted near the Palestinian city of Khan Younis.
