Trump: Iran is scared and willing to negotiate; I prefer to reach an agreement instead of attacking

The President of the United States reiterated that he prefers to reach a nuclear agreement with Tehran rather than resorting to military action against Iran; he also stated that Iranian officials are 'worried and frightened' and willing to negotiate.
