Trump's 'Severe' Concern Over Increased Use of Various Weapons in Ukraine War

Donald Trump, the elected President of the United States, is 'severely concerned' about the increased use of various types of weapons in the nearly three-year war of Russia against Ukraine. Waltz, who is currently a representative from Florida in Congress, stated in an interview with Fox News that the decision by the outgoing Biden administration to allow Ukraine to use anti-personnel mines to halt the advance of Russian ground forces in eastern Ukraine has turned the situation into something akin to 'trench warfare in World War I.' Waltz emphasized that this decision should be 'within a broader framework of ending this conflict' and said, 'That front (eastern Ukraine) is literally a slaughterhouse of humans and military forces.'
