U.S. Intelligence Agencies Highlight Global Threats, Facing a 'Fragile World Order'

U.S. intelligence agencies reported on Monday that the 'global order has become very fragile' and emphasized challenges such as intense competition among great powers, transnational issues, and regional conflicts; a report released simultaneously with the testimony of intelligence agency heads before U.S. senators. The report states that 'trade between China and Russia has increased since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, and exports of Chinese goods with military or dual-use applications have tripled since 2022.'
