عربي 10thumb_up0thumb_down“Israeli” aggression against Gaza enters 156th day Published : 10-03-2024 09:54|Palestine The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continue their aggression on the devastated Gaza Strip for the 156th consecutive day, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis by forced starvation. Almost daily, deaths due to dehydration and malnutrition, especially among infants, are being recorded.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced an increase in the death toll due to malnutrition and dehydration to 25 martyrs.
The Ministry reported on Saturday the martyrdom of a two-month-old girl at Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza due to malnutrition and dehydration, and the martyrdom of a 20-year-old girl at Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza.
The number of casualties from the ongoing aggression since Oct. 7, 2023 has risen to 30,960 martyrs, in addition to 72,524 injured individuals.
The IOF announced the deaths of 588 soldiers and officers since Oct. 7, 2023 and 248 since the start of the ground invasion of the Strip on October 27.
According to the IOF, 3,067 occupation soldiers have been injured since the start of the their aggression on Gaza, with 482 of them in critical condition, 811 with moderate injuries, and 1,774 with minor injuries.
