Violent Arrest of a Member of the Families of the Victims Seeking Justice in Boukan

Hatav Akrami, a member of the families of victims seeking justice, was arrested by the Intelligence Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Boukan. According to the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Hatav Akrami, the cousin of Mehran Karami, a protester who died in the custody of the IRGC, was violently arrested on Thursday night, June 10, at her parents' home in the village of Ingijeh. The report states that her arrest involved about 20 members of the IRGC's intelligence forces, who also searched the home of this 42-year-old woman’s parents.
