The Mostazafan Foundation is a conglomerate of roughly 160 holdings (reportedly up to 350 companies) spanning finance, energy, construction, mining, agriculture, transport and tourism, directly supervised by Khamenei's office.

Official sanction
OFAC designated the Mostazafan Foundation on 18 November 2020 under Executive Order 13876, alongside Iran's Minister of Intelligence.

Estimated
Its declared assets exceeded 560 trillion rials (about $2.4 billion) as of 2016, and it transferred large sums to the Supreme Leader's Office in 2015–2016.
Khamenei granted the foundation a tax exemption in 1993 (reportedly renewed in 2018), and it has been led by his appointees with IRGC backgrounds — Parviz Fattah (2019–2023), then Hossein Dehghan.
